Fulcher's Seafood stands behind its products and we want you to be as happy with them as the vast majority of our customers have been for over 80+ years.
Perishable food products cannot be returned. All food items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis.
If you have received an INCORRECT item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not be able to provide refunds on items that have been opened, tampered with or not in their original condition.
Damages and Issues:
*We offer shipping insurance as an option for your convenience. Whether or not you decide to purchase insurance is entirely up to you. It is important to understand that if you choose not to purchase insurance, we cannot offer a refund in case of damages, losses, or if the product's freshness is compromised.
On the other hand, if you do purchase insurance, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the insurance provider. In the unlikely event that you have any reason to believe that any Product in your delivery is not suitable for consumption, file a claim by clicking HERE.
Please inspect your order upon receiving. You are responsible for inspecting all Products you receive from us for any damages or other issues upon delivery. In addition, you are solely responsible for determining the freshness of the Products you receive.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on Sale items.
